Freedom Plan
For every student to be successful at BSSD and BSSM they need to have a Freedom plan. This class works with addiction and creates a practical plan of how to get free. Our goal is to have practical tools for living free and these tools include body, soul, and spirit plans.
Bible Teaching
Reading Scripture is a vital part of growth for every disciple. At BSSD we have several classes that focus on studying and applying scripture to our daily lives. We want you to, not only, know scripture but have the ability to apply the truths in your life.
Learn Practical Relationship Skills
We want to give you tools that will help you to better relate to others. We teach several classes on this topic. We teach from the books Unpunishable, Culture of Honor and Keep Your Love on by Danny Silk as well as teaching on Brave Communication and Kingdom Confrontation. We also provide many opportunities for you to build community within school and in our local church environment.
The Journey Course
A 5 month path to freedom from sexual brokenness for Men and Women
Our approach identifies the unique reasons & triggers behind your unwanted sexual behavior. Other approaches to sexual integrity only teach accountability and lust management. Those alone will not help you overcome your unwanted sexual behavior.
Supernatural Emphasis
Jesus gave us the wonderful gift of salvation but he also gave us the advantage of living in His kingdom. He told us in Luke 4:43 that he came to preach the kingdom. Salvation sets us free from the weight of sin and living with kingdom perspective keeps us living in freedom. We do this by living by faith. Faith is the evidence of the things we hope for and the conviction of things we don’t see. Faith is heaven’s perspective. At BSSD we want to introduce you to living a lifestyle of faith where you learn to apply heaven’s perspective to your circumstances.
